Graphic Designer

You are a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 6-12 months of experience in product packaging design. Your passion lies in creating visually appealing and functional packaging that enhances our brand and resonates with our target audience. Your responsibilities include designing and developing product packaging that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. You will create visually compelling graphics for various packaging materials such as boxes, labels, and inserts. Collaboration with product development and marketing teams to understand project requirements and objectives is essential. You must ensure that all designs are print-ready and meet the technical specifications for production. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products is crucial to bring fresh ideas to the table. Additionally, you will assist in creating other marketing materials like brochures, social media graphics, and advertisements while managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines. To qualify for this role, you need 6-12 months of proven experience in graphic design, particularly in product packaging. Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is required. Your strong portfolio should showcase your product packaging design work, demonstrating an excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. Attention to detail, a strong eye for aesthetics, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while communicating effectively are necessary. Strong organizational and time management skills are a must. Knowledge of printing processes and production techniques would be advantageous. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, experience in the consumer goods or retail industry, and basic knowledge of 3D design software (e.g., Adobe Dimension).
