Graphic Designer and Kindergarten Assistant

We are seeking a creative and compassionate female graduate to join our team as a Graphic Designer and Kindergarten Assistant. This unique dual-role position involves both the design of educational and therapy materials for children with special needs, as well as providing one-on-one support in a kindergarten setting when design work is not required.

Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design Duties:

• Create engaging and age-appropriate educational and therapy materials tailored for children with special needs.
• Collaborate with therapists and educators to understand specific child requirements and reflect them in visual design.
• Use digital tools and software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva) to produce high-quality, print-ready materials.
• Assist in maintaining a library of reusable design assets and resources.

Kindergarten Assistant Duties (1:1 Support):

• Work closely with children aged 3–6, providing one-on-one support during play, learning, and therapy activities.
• Follow educators’ and therapists’ guidance to support each child’s developmental goals.
• Help with classroom management and contribute to a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist in daily routines such as snack time, bathroom breaks, and structured group activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Graphic Design, Education, Science, or a related field).
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children—especially those with special needs.
• Ability to adapt and multitask between design and classroom responsibilities.
• Previous experience in education, special needs, or design is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of child development or early childhood education.
• Basic knowledge of special education strategies or therapy approaches.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
