Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Graphic Design Faculty to teach degree and diploma students. The role involves conducting engaging classes, mentoring students on projects, assisting in social media content creation, and coordinating internal and university examinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct theory and practical sessions for degree and diploma students in Graphic Design.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures, workshops, and demonstrations aligned with the syllabus.
• Guide students in academic projects, design assignments, and portfolio development.
• Coordinate, plan, and execute internal examinations and university assessments.
• Assess and evaluate student performance; provide constructive feedback.
• Assist the institute’s media team by editing reels and social media posts to enhance brand visibility.
• Develop and update teaching materials, ensuring integration of latest industry practices and software.
• Encourage student creativity, discipline, and professional readiness.
• Collaborate with coordinators and management to maintain academic standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Graphic Design / Visual Communication / Applied Arts or related field.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Knowledge of motion graphics and social media content creation is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Previous teaching/training experience desirable.
• Ability to balance academic duties with creative support for institute promotions.

Work Options

• Full-Time Faculty: 6 days a week, regular working hours.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
