Graphic Design (Digital) Healthcare - Analyst

You have an exciting opportunity to lead the creative studio for one of Omnicom's largest advertising agencies. As the head of the studio, you will be responsible for driving world-class advertising, creative, and studio deliverables in collaboration with global brands and agency leaders. Your role will encompass overseeing production, practicing people management, and ensuring the accuracy of design by utilizing branding guidelines for each client. Key Responsibilities: - Take direction from supervisors on projects and daily tasks - Properly save files within the online server system - Execute specific marked-up changes within various materials such as flashcards, leave-behinds, banner ads, emails, websites, and videos - Resize approved materials as needed to fit different formats - Manage the final production of jobs and deliver them to vendors or internal developers - Understand agency processes related to timelines, routes, and deliverables - Troubleshoot and adapt within the role as necessary - Handle a high volume of projects from different clients Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in a similar role - Familiarity with US shift timings (6.30 pm to 3.30 am IST / 7.30 pm to 4.30 am IST) - Proficiency in handling multiple projects simultaneously - Strong communication and organizational skills Omnicom Global Solutions (OGS) is an agile innovation hub within Omnicom Group, dedicated to delivering scalable and customized solutions that meet the evolving needs of its practice areas.
