Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

Design product images, lifestyle visuals, infographics, comparison charts, and A+ content for Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.

Create homepage banners, category banners, hero images, and promotional creatives.
Develop ad creatives for Meta Ads / Google Display campaigns.Design social media posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Maintain consistent brand identity across all creative assets.Coordinate with marketing, catalog, and product teams for requirements.

Video Editing

Shoot high-quality videos, product demos, brand stories, and behind-the-scenes content.
Capture raw footage independently with proper lighting, angles, and audio handling.Edit short-form and long-form videos tailored for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Create high-engagement content optimized for organic growthstrong hooks, pacing, and narrative flow.
Develop product-focused videos: launches, feature explainers, reviews, comparisons.Produce brand explainer videos and storytelling-led content.Add motion graphics, transitions, animated elements, subtitles, and sound design.Improve retention, watch time, and shareability through data-backed editing.Plan and script content ideas in collaboration with the marketing/growth team.Manage end-to-end workflow from ideation recording editing publish-ready output.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience with Amazon A+ Content or marketplace templates.
Experience with D2C brands (Shopify, WooCommerce).

Basic UI/UX understanding.
YouTube, Instagram optimization knowledge (thumbnails, titles, retention cues). Basic design skills for thumbnails and overlays.
