Required Skills and Qualifications: Perform fiber laying, routing, testing, and splicing. Lay, terminate, and test Cat5e/Cat6/Cat6a network cables. Install and configure network devices such as access points (APs), switches, routers, and patch panels. Perform rack dressing, cable management, patching, and neat routing of cables. Label all cables, ports, patch panels, and equipment following company standards. Install network racks, cabinets, and associated hardware when required. Replace faulty modules, connectors, or devices as needed. Conduct site surveys for cabling paths, equipment placement, and environmental conditions.
