Key Responsibilities: Approves the decision to sponsor foreign workers; ensures company readiness and policy compliance. Legally signs immigration forms and certifies the accuracy of information provided. Ensures compliance with immigration laws, labor regulations, and internal policies. Verifies employment eligibility documents; ensures timely filing. Maintains files and documentation required by law (e.g. LCA documentation, job postings). Coordinates response to government audits or site visits. Ensures any material change in job duties, salary, or work location is reported. Oversees staff training and internal immigration compliance policy development.
