Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in HR management. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain talent. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals. Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs for staff. Manage compensation and benefits administration, including salary preparation and payroll processing. Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies. Manage compensation and benefits administration. Maintain employee records and HR-related documentation. Lead initiatives for employee engagement and retention. Support leadership in strategic HR planning and workforce development. Prepare regular HR reports and performance analytics for senior management to support strategic decision-making and organizational planning. Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. Good understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
