Role Description Sr. Full Stack Engineer (AI-based SaaS Application) Location: Chennai (Full-Time, On-Site) Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Full Stack Engineer to join our innovative team in Chennai. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge AI-driven SaaS applications. Your responsibilities will include managing front-end and back-end components, integrating AI technologies, and ensuring optimal application performance. Daily tasks will involve coding, testing, debugging, and collaborating closely with our cross-functional team to deliver state-of-the-art software solutions. You will engage with diverse stakeholders to seamlessly integrate system components and enhance the user experience, enabling our SaaS solutions to leverage advanced AI capabilities effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components of AI-based SaaS applications. - Integrate AI technologies and services to enhance product capabilities. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code optimized for scalability and performance. - Perform rigorous testing and debugging to ensure reliability and stability. - Collaborate closely with data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive, integrated solutions. - Participate actively in architectural decisions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: - Proven experience in Back-End Web Development and Full-Stack Development. - Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, React JS, Azure, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, CI/CD, JSON, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git. - Experience with developing and integrating AI-driven technologies into software applications. - Solid understanding of software architecture, development principles, security standards, performance optimization, automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest, Selenium), and best practices. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, adaptability, time management, and meticulous attention to detail. - Ability to mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership. - Ability to work collaboratively and proactively in an on-site, agile team environment. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. - Previous experience in the AI industry or developing SaaS applications is highly advantageous.
