Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in exports and managing the IndiaMART portal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating export leads, handling inquiries from IndiaMART, converting leads into sales, and managing the entire export sales cycle. Key Responsibilities: Manage and update IndiaMART portal listings to generate quality leads. Respond promptly to buyer inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities. Identify and pursue export markets for business expansion. Coordinate with logistics and documentation teams for smooth order execution. Build and maintain relationships with international clients and agents. Prepare and follow up on quotations, proforma invoices, and export documentation. Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and new opportunities. Maintain accurate records of sales, export documents, and client communications. Achieve monthly and quarterly export sales targets. Collaborate with production and dispatch teams for timely deliveries. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or related field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in export sales and IndiaMART portal handling. Knowledge of export documentation, logistics, and international trade compliance. Proficiency in English and strong communication skills. Experience using CRM tools and IndiaMART interface. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented. Preferred: Prior experience in B2B or manufacturing industry exports. Familiarity with platforms like TradeIndia, Alibaba (a plus).
