Wanted Accountant with real estate/builder experience person Industry - Real Estate/Construction Designation- Accountant/Accounts Manager Education - Relevant Graduate Gender - Female Salary- 25000 to 30000 per month Experience- 5 to 10 years in Real Estate Concern Age Limit - upto 38years Work Location - Anna nagar west Contact- 8056090880 Roles & Responsibilities: Maintaining purchase & sales Books Maintaining cash & bank books Tally Sales Tax online filing TDS & GST filing ESI & PF Act Petty cash & main cash maintenance Monthly P&L and balance sheet preparation and reporting to Management Create detailed journal entries and post them to the general ledger (GL) to track all income statements and expenses Handle all accounts payable and receivable on a daily basis to make sure each invoice and expense report is accurate Reconcile all business accounts to ensure our records match up and no transaction gets lost Facilitate all incoming payments and outgoing checks, including printing, obtaining signatures for, and distributing checks as necessary Follow up with vendors for accounts payable and keep in touch as needed for collections and ensure bills are paid on time Prepare for quarterly reporting using standard best practices and assist in monthly closings Assist the real estate team or other staff accountants with other accounting duties as needed Real Estate Accountant Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is highly valued Experience in accounting, real estate accounting, or property accounting preferred Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software. Knowledge of Tally ERP 9 is a must. Accounts/ bank related activities. Bank, Journal, Receipt, Payment Entry, Post & process journal entries / cash entries / bank entries / to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
