Governance Consultant

As a Governance Consultant at NTT DATA in Pune, Maharashtra, India, your role involves supporting the oversight and compliance of AI/ML models within the Cybersecurity team. You will join a global team of cybersecurity specialists, data scientists, and software engineers to streamline Model governance for the bank. Your positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment will be key assets in this semi-technical role. - Process Model governance tickets and ensure compliance with governance requirements. - Manage the lifecycle of all models, including inventory management and validation tracking. - Assist in improving model governance policies and procedures. - Maintain accurate documentation for each model and identify process improvement opportunities. - Provide regular reporting to senior management on model risk governance activities. - Prepare stakeholder communications, document requirements, and track workflow timelines. - Collaborate with colleagues from various backgrounds and maintain positive relationships with internal collaborators. - 3-5 years of experience in financial services, AI/ML risk management, Regulatory compliance, or Technology. - Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or relevant field, or equivalent experience with industry certifications. - Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#), Agile project management tools, and Cyber/AI vocabulary. - Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. - Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for learning.
