Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented AutoCAD & Operations Executive to support our design, production, and installation activities. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of AutoCAD and a willingness to learn the end-to-end operational process — from design and factory coordination to installation follow-up and site visits. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design & Drafting: Prepare and update basic AutoCAD drawings for slotted angle racks, layouts, and installation plans. Make changes in existing drawings as per client or supervisor feedback. Maintain organized records of all design files and revisions. 2. Operations & Coordination: Coordinate with the factory for material orders, fabrication status, and dispatch updates. Follow up with installation teams to ensure timely and quality completion of work. Communicate with clients or site representatives for installation schedules and approvals. Track material movement, delivery timelines, and installation progress. 3. Site Visits: Visit client sites for measurements, installation supervision, and post-installation checks. Prepare site visit reports and share updates with the operations head. 4. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain logs for factory coordination, installation follow-ups, and client communication. Support the operations and sales team with technical drawings and project updates. Skills & Competencies: Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD (2D drafting). Good understanding of measurements, layouts, and fabrication drawings. Strong coordination and follow-up skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel for site visits. Ability to multitask and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
