Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant based in Gurugram, India. The Executive Assistant will manage administrative tasks, support executives, coordinate schedules, and facilitate efficient internal and external communication. Responsibilities will also include maintaining calendars, organizing meetings, managing correspondence, and attending to any other tasks required to ensure smooth office operations. Qualifications 1. Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and general Administrative Assistance 2. Strong skills in Executive Support, including calendar management and travel coordination 3. Exceptional Communication skills, including written and verbal communication 4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools 7.
