Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Accountant located in Khalapur, Raigad. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles. Daily tasks include processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with budget preparation. The Junior Accountant will also assist in auditing processes and support senior accountants in various accounting projects. Qualifications Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills Effective communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in accounting or related field is a plus Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
