Location : Mumbai City Start Date : July 2025 Experience Required : 2-5 years in Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Market Sales Manager to join our sales & distribution team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the alco-bev industry and a strong understanding of the local market dynamics. Your primary focus will be on driving sales in offtrade channels, modern stores, and retail outlets across Mumbai city. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy and Execution: o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in off-trade and retail channels. o Drive brand visibility and ensure optimal product placement in key stores and outlets. 2. Job Title: Key Accounts Manager – Sales & Activation Scope of work: The incumbent will be the lead for the Goa Market as far as on trade sales and activations are concerned. Here are the key responsibilities: 1. HoReCa Sales and Account Management · Analyse, Identify, onboard, and manage key HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Café, Bar) accounts in Goa. · Ensure secondary sales through focused placements and repeat orders in top-tier and mid-tier outlets. · Drive sales performance and outlet activation, ensuring monthly target achievement and growth in active outlets. · Communicate regularly and effectively with customers to seek inputs for product and service improvement and resolve day-to-day operational questions/issues 2. Advocacy & Trade Activation · Build strong relationships with bartenders, bar managers, and F&B decision-makers. · Conduct regular bartender trials, and cocktail sessions. · Coordinate regular product training. 3. KPIs will be set with reference to: · Volume Sold: Total product volume sold, often measured in physical cases. · New Account Placements : The number of new on-trade venues that purchase and stock the brand for the first time, indicating market expansion. · Menu Placements : The frequency with which the product is listed on a venue's drink menu. This is a crucial indicator of brand visibility and the ability to drive consumer orders at the point of sale. · Account Penetration Rate/Territory Coverage : The percentage of total potential on-trade accounts within a given region that carry the brand. · Staff Training Sessions Completed: The number of times bar staff that have been trained on the brand's products, serving suggestions, and unique selling points. · Consumer Sampling Event s: The number and effectiveness of in-venue tasting events aimed at increasing brand awareness and trial.
