Job Description

Role Overview: As a Google Administrator at Easebuzz Pvt. Ltd., your primary responsibility will be to administer and support Google Workspace, ensuring smooth functioning of Gmail, Google Drive, Google Meet, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc. You will be providing Level 2 support for Google Workspace issues and troubleshooting and resolving any related issues promptly to minimize disruptions for users. Your role will also involve setting up, configuring, and migrating users into Google Workspace, managing security features, ensuring proper backup and recovery procedures, implementing best practices for usage, and collaborating with other IT teams for integration with business applications and services. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing training and documentation to end users, monitoring system performance, staying updated with Google Workspace updates, and assisting with reporting and analytics. Key Responsibilities: - Administer and support Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Meet, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc. - Configure and maintain user accounts, groups, and permissions in Google Admin Console. - Provide Level 2 support for Google Workspace issues, such as email, calendar, file sharing, and other Google services. - Troubleshoot and resolve Google Workspace-related issues in a timely manner. - Assist with setup, configuration, and migration of users into Google Workspace. - Manage and monitor Google Workspace security features, including 2-Step Verification, data loss prevention (DLP), and audit logs. - Ensure proper backup, retention, and recovery procedures for Google Workspace data. - Implement and maintain best practices for Google Workspace usage and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. - Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Google Workspace with other business applications and services. - Provide training and documentation for end users on Google Workspace features and best practices. - Monitor system performance and address issues related to Google Workspace performance and reliability. - Stay up to date with Google Workspace updates and new features. - Assist with reporting and analytics from Google Workspace, such as usage metrics, security reports, and other operational data. - Manage and maintain Google Workspace MDM and user configuration related to MDM. - Manage and maintain Google Workspace related security. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Google Administrator or in a similar role. - In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace applications and services. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Knowledge of best practices for Google Workspace administration and security. - Certification in Google Workspace administration is a plus.
