Location: Bengaluru Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: We are looking for a supply chain and quality assurance specialist to ensure every single product we sell meets our rigorous standards. This role involves working closely with our manufacturing and operations teams to ensure capacity in raw material and finished goods, managing defects, and driving continuous improvements in supply chain processes. Developing and implementing a supply chain strategy that aligns with the overall business activities and setting up a supply chain calendar. Supervising in-house and third-party manufacturing according to monthly/weekly planning, and resolving issues on the go for timely delivery. Warehouse Management: Managing and optimising the operations of warehouses Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory levels, forecasting, and demand planning to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing carrying costs. Procurement: Leading procurement efforts, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring cost-effective sourcing of materials, products, and services. Supplier Management: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and monitoring supplier performance to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services for operations. Manufacturing QC: Work closely with vendors to ensure products meet our QC standards before dispatch. Inbound QC: Conduct thorough quality checks on incoming inventory at warehouses. Process Improvement: Establish and refine SOPs for quality control across the supply chain. Customer-Centric Approach: Work with the customer support team to understand complaints and address quality issues at the source. Data & Reporting: Maintain defect reports for raw materials and customer complaints. Who We're Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in engineering. 1-3 years of experience in quality control, manufacturing, or supply chain roles. High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to analyse data and suggest improvements. Strong coordination skills to work with vendors, warehouses, and internal teams. Passionate about building a high-quality brand from scratch.
