Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Monitor and control daily operational processes within the MDO department to ensure smooth functioning. Track and record production, dispatch, and logistics data in MIS/ERP systems. Ensure material movement and dispatch are executed as per schedule and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on process performance, production, and dispatch activities. Identify and escalate process deviations, bottlenecks, and risks to management. Coordinate with operations, maintenance, logistics, and quality teams for process improvements. Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
