Role & responsibilities Call and connect with potential customers from leads generated via Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and website. Understand customer requirements (breed preference, city, gender, budget, family situation). Share photos, videos, and details of available puppies/kittens. Explain price, health certificate, vaccination status, and other Good Furs benefits. Guide first-time pet parents about breed temperament, size, and suitability. Build trust and convert inquiries into confirmed sales. Follow up with interested leads until closure. Maintain lead records in CRM and update status (new, interested, follow-up, closed). Coordinate with the Puppy Coach team for expert consultations if required. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in Telecalling / Inside Sales / Telesales / Customer Handling (freshers with strong communication may also apply). Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus). Comfortable in making outbound calls and handling customer queries on phone & WhatsApp . Persuasive, confident, and target-oriented. Good listening and problem-solving skills. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM). Interest or passion for pets/animals will be an added advantage. Ability to handle first-time pet buyers with empathy and patience. Qualification: Graduate (any stream).
