GoMassive Earth Network (GEN) , set up in 2017, is India's first Climate Tech-focused incubator/accelerator and VC fund sponsor (Climate Angles Fund). Climate Angles Fund is a Climate Tech-focused VC fund investing in breakthrough technologies that address the climate crisis. We support visionary founders working across energy, mobility, carbon removal, climate adaptation, food systems, and more. We have done 19 investments so far. GoMassive, as part of its Foundation (MEF) , has run accelerator/incubator programs for UNEP, Amazon (AWS), Amplus Solar (Petronas), IFC, etc. The Role: You will be in charge of building a community of passionate climate-tech investors/ founders/ mentors/ thought-leaders, and professionals. You will develop meaningful relationships across the board; design & manage community programs/events; and ensure our founders & stakeholders feel supported & inspired. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of climate innovation, venture capital, and network building. Key Responsibilities: Community Building: Create and implement strategies to engage and grow founder community, climate tech partners, and broader ecosystem. Events & Programming: Plan and execute virtual and in-person events such as climate mixers, roundtables, demo days, and webinars to strengthen community ties. Content & Communication: Draft social media posts, newsletters, community updates, resource hubs, and internal communications that keep the community informed and engaged, create presentations Partnership Management: Identify and nurture relationships with accelerators, corporates, service providers, climate NGOs, and other ecosystem players. Requirements: You MUST be super-passionate about climate innovations and understand the startup/VC landscape. 2+ years in a community management, ecosystem, platform, marketing, or program management role - ideally in VC, climate tech, startups, or related fields. Strong interpersonal & communication skills with a knack for bringing people together. Experience in managing online/onsite events. Comfortable writing cold mails/ making cold calls/ setting up meetings/ making top-notch presentations. Proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
