Role & responsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals and project requirements. Ensure procurement processes support cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. Value engineering of optimal equivalent quality products, new innovative adoption of products versus design versus specifications. Identify and advise latest market trend relating to various products across several procurement requirements and international procurement of required items. Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships. Monitor and control procurement budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness. Identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions, price fluctuations, and quality issues. Develop contingency plans to address potential procurement challenges. Resolve disputes related to procurement activities. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with procurement policies. Collaborate with legal teams to review and finalize contracts Preferred candidate profile Educational Background: Bachelors degree in supply chain, Business, or Construction (masters preferred). Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction industry Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP & Procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar). Certifications : CSCP, CIPS, CPSM, PMP, or equivalent.

Quantity Surveyor (Residential Project)

Preparing detailed cost estimates for materials, labour, and other expenses. Assessing project viability in terms of cost and benefits. Preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, and selecting contractors. Actual onsite measurements/ Validation of Budgeted BOQ Versus Actuals. Identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards. Tracking project costs to ensure they remain within budget. Conducting material take-offs, quantity calculations, and progress valuations. Evaluating and negotiating changes in scope, ensuring fair pricing. Preparing payment applications for contractors and verifying invoices. Settling final costs and ensuring all payments are made. Coordinating with architects, engineers, clients, and stakeholders. Preferred candidate profile Educational Background: Bachelors degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably on large-scale projects. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP & cost estimation software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam) and MS Excel. Additional Skills : Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
