Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist located in Hardoi, with some work from home acceptable. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer service interactions, training sales staff, and overseeing sales management activities. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as identifying sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and providing support to the sales team. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Sales and Sales Management Ability to train and develop sales staff Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Analytical skills and ability to interpret sales metrics Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Experience in the agriculture or dairy industry is a plus
