Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and supporting event execution across corporate events, weddings, engagements, baby showers, sports events, and birthdays. This role requires a balance of office-based tasks (sales, client meetings, quotations, and documentation) and on-site event support. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and actively pursue business opportunities for all types of events (corporate, social, and sports). Manage client communications, conduct meetings, and understand event requirements. Prepare and maintain quotations, proposals, contracts, and Excel reports. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote services. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for event planning and execution. Be present at event sites to oversee operations, ensure client satisfaction, and troubleshoot issues. Handle office responsibilities when events are not taking place, including sales calls, reporting, and planning. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and event performance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as per event requirements.
