As an Awign Expert, you will be part of an Enterprise-focused platform dedicated to assisting businesses in hiring, assessing, and managing highly skilled resources for Gig-based projects. You will have the opportunity to work with large-scale Enterprises, providing a gateway for experts to develop a freelance/consulting career. Awign Expert is a newly launched business division of Awign, a prominent player in the Gig Economy in India, with a vision to uplift millions of careers and change how the world works. This position is a 6-month opportunity based in Bangalore with a hybrid work model (3 days a week in the office). We are looking for immediate joiners with 4-6 years of experience. The ideal candidate should hold a B Tech/M Tech in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputed college and possess a strong foundation in product development within a Product Development Company. Your responsibilities will include applying sound knowledge of algorithms and data structures, showcasing strong design skills in data modeling and low-level class design, proficiently working with Python, Java, and Golang, and following industry coding standards to develop maintainable, scalable, and efficient code solutions. You will also leverage your hands-on experience with databases and the Linux/Unix platform, collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, and demonstrate a strong technical aptitude and understanding of Computer Science fundamentals. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the team's success by formulating best practices, participating in code reviews, design reviews, and architecture discussions, experimenting with new technologies, driving adoption, and implementing a long-term technology vision for your team. You will be responsible for creating architectures and designs for new solutions, making technology and tool choices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
