Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Golang Developer with experience in Python or Java to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in computer science fundamentals, hands-on experience with backend systems, and a proven ability to build scalable, maintainable applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable, maintainable backend systems using Golang, Python, or Java.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and design reviews.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and impactful solutions.
Apply data structures, algorithms, and design patterns to build efficient backend solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code aligned with industry standards.
Operate within an Agile development environment, contributing to sprint planning and execution.

Required Skills and Experience:

46 years of experience in software development, preferably in product-based companies.
Proficiency in Golang, with working knowledge of Python or Java.
Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including:
Data structures
Algorithms
Design patterns
Database systems (SQL/NoSQL)
Experience working with distributed systems or microservices architectures.
Familiarity with version control systems, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in fully remote or distributed teams.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Immediate availability or short notice period.
