Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bike Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of bicycle maintenance, repair, and assembly. You will be responsible for diagnosing mechanical issues, performing tune-ups, and ensuring bikes are safe, functional, and ready for use. Whether it's fixing a flat, adjusting derailleurs, or building a bike from the frame up, you’ll play a key role in keeping our customers riding smoothly. Key Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on all types of bicycles (road, mountain, hybrid, e-bikes, etc.) Diagnose and repair mechanical issues including gears, brakes, wheels, drivetrains, suspensions, and bearings Assemble new bicycles from the box and ensure all components are correctly installed and adjusted Maintain accurate records of services, parts used, and customer interactions Advise customers on repairs, replacement parts, accessories, and proper bike care Keep the workshop clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary tools and parts Test ride bikes after service to ensure quality control Stay current with bike technologies and attend training when needed

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right two-wheeler, explaining features and financing options, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying buying experience. If you are passionate about bikes and love interacting with people, this role is perfect for you! Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom Understand customer needs and recommend suitable two-wheeler models Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and promotions Conduct test rides and answer customer queries Provide information on financing, insurance, registration, and accessories Follow up with prospective customers and close sales deals Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management Maintain a clean and appealing display of bikes in the showroom Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales using CRM tools Coordinate with the service and delivery teams for smooth handover of vehicles Attend training sessions on new product launches and sales techniques
