We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Going Technologies Private Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing sales for our virtual assistant and BPO services across the insurance and other sectors. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, and networking Present and promote our services to potential clients, primarily in the insurance industry Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and deals in the CRM system Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities Goal-oriented and self-motivated Prior sales or BPO experience is a plus
