Key Responsibilities Prospect Research: Identify high-potential e-commerce brands (D2C, Shopify, etc.) using LinkedIn, Apollo, Instagram, and Crunchbase. Cold Email + DM Outreach: Write and send personalized outreach sequences across email and LinkedIn. Follow-ups: Maintain daily consistency with intelligent follow-ups and CRM hygiene. Data Management: Update lead tracking sheets, monitor open/reply rates, and optimize campaigns. A/B Testing: Test angles, subject lines, and outreach copy to improve response rate. Collaboration: Work with the founder and marketing team to refine targeting, offers, and messaging. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in cold outreach or lead generation for marketing or SaaS agencies. Fluent written English — must be able to write natural, founder-style messages. Understanding of tools like Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot/Notion CRM, and Google Sheets. Highly organized and metrics-driven — your job is to generate calls, not just send emails. Hungry, disciplined, and okay with rejection. You’ll get ignored 90% of the time — and still keep going. What You’ll Get Fixed pay + performance bonus per qualified closed client.
