As a US Tax Supervisor specializing in Real Estate Partnership, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with various life events related to partnerships form 1065. This includes tasks such as formations, mergers, initial public offerings, inside and outside basis computations, section 704(c) and section 743(b) computations, and Schedule K-1 processing. Additionally, you will be expected to provide support on a range of tax issues, including REIT Qualification, the impact of Tax Reform on passthroughs and other Real Estate clients, and business restructuring. You should be capable of conducting tax research independently and training the staff when necessary. It will be essential to maintain high-quality standards and meet client deadlines consistently. Building strong working relationships with peers, supervisors, and U.S. colleagues will also be a key part of your role. To qualify for this position, you must hold a minimum qualification of MBA Finance, M.COM, B.COM, or BBA. Being a Qualified Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant (US), or an IRS Enrolled Agent will be considered an added advantage. You should be an expert in US Tax Real Estate with knowledge of CCh Axcess Tax, Gofileroom, and Caseware being beneficial. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English, are required. We are looking for individuals who are quick learners, enthusiastic, possess a positive demeanor, and are team players. The role may require working long hours during busy season times, so being able to meet deadlines and work based on project urgency is crucial. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is preferred for this position.,
