You will collaborate with both internal teams and external consultants to ensure the timely, cost-effective and high-quality delivery of assets, ready for tenant occupation. Your leadership will be critical in managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with design, safety, regulatory and quality standards . Key Responsibilities : Project handover coordination: Manage technical handovers from construction teams, ensuring thorough inspection, defect rectification and compliance to building codes, designs, MEP, and quality guidelines End-to-end project delivery: Lead execution of new fit-outs and refurbishment activities for new and existing properties Tenant fit-out management: Coordinate and oversee tenant-driven fit-outs for office spaces, retail spaces and F&B outlets, ensuring adherence to building codes, designs, MEP standards and timely possession Fit-out guidelines and standardisation of processes: Establish project-specific tenant design guidelines, including design parameters for façades and interiors and set up standardised processes for project tracking, reporting, quality assurance and documentation Quality control: Set and enforce project quality benchmarks, ensuring premium finishes, operational functionality and regulatory compliance at handover stage Team and consultant management: Build and lead a team of internal project SMEs (design, MEP, site coordination) and manage external consultants (PMC, architects, engineers) to deliver seamless project execution Cost and budget management: Plan and monitor project budgets, ensure cost control and drive efficiency in design, procurement and construction processes Stakeholder collaboration: Interface with leasing, property management, legal and finance teams to align project milestones with business requirements Risk and compliance management: Identify project risks early and ensure adherence to safety, statutory and environmental norms during project execution and handover phases Who are we looking for? Education : Graduate degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Construction or Project Management, or Design Management. Experience : 12-15 years of experience in project management and tenant coordination Proven experience in managing project and technical handovers from construction teams, including snagging, MEP validation, quality audits and project close-out processes Experience managing multi-tenant, multi-utility buildings and overseeing tenant fit-outs across office, retail and F&B spaces Expertise in managing project budgets, timelines and vendor networks effectively Skills : Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and related project management platforms Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities What’s in it for you?
