Supervise daily operations in the godown, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of
goods.
Manage and coordinate warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and
performance monitoring.
Ensure proper storage of goods to avoid damage and maintain quality.
Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock levels using inventory
management systems.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations within the
warehouse.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery
and receipt of goods.
Monitor and control warehouse equipment and supplies.
Implement and maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
Report on inventory status, operational issues, and team performance to
management.
Handle documentation related to goods movement, including bills, invoices, and
delivery notes.
