We’re scaling fast and looking for a skilled 2D Animator & Motion Designer to help bring our clients’ ideas to life. From animated explainers and product demos to social reels and branded visuals, your work will directly shape how startups communicate, pitch, and grow. Location: Remote | Full-Time / Long-Term Contract Start Date: Immediate Team: GoDesyn - Full-Stack Creative Team for Startups & Lean Teams 🎯 What We're Looking For You're a cross-functional creative who thrives at the intersection of motion, design, and editing. Whether you're building assets from scratch or animating provided files, you know how to tell a compelling visual story with rhythm, clarity, and flair. 🛠 Responsibilities Animate 2D explainer videos, social reels, UI motions, and logo animations Design and animate storyboards, illustrations, and visual assets Edit video content into short-form and long-form formats Translate static designs into dynamic visual content Collaborate with creative leads and project managers on briefs and revisions Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and client expectations Deliver exports optimized for web, mobile, and presentations ✅ Requirements Strong command of After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro Good eye for design, animation timing, and transitions Proficiency in editing raw footage and mixing motion with live video Experience designing for digital formats (Instagram, YouTube, product demos) Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition Ability to work independently and manage deadlines remotely ✨ Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) Experience with Figma, CapCut, Canva, or similar tools Sound design/audio syncing knowledge Prior experience working with SaaS startups or digital agencies Familiarity with Jira, Notion, or task-based workflows 🚀 Perks of Working with GoDesyn Work with high-growth startups and tech-driven companies across the globe Creative autonomy with clear briefs and fast feedback loops Fully remote and async-friendly environment Access to a centralized dashboard for task management and progress tracking Opportunity to contribute across branding, product, and marketing assets 📌 To Apply: 👉 Fill out the application form: https://forms.office.com/r/KgZGcpmdg9 (We only review applications submitted via this form.
