Test Program Integration – Roles & Responsibilities 1. Develop and Integrate Test Programs Design and integrate test programs for new devices on automated test equipment (ATE). 2. ATE Platform Support Work with platforms like Teradyne, Advantest, or Verigy to develop and debug test programs. 3. Test Hardware Coordination Collaborate with hardware engineers to define and support test boards and loadboards. 4. Yield and Data Analysis Analyze test results and yield data to identify issues and improve program performance. 5. Device Characterization & Validation Conduct characterization across voltage and temperature corners; validate program against device specs. 6. Test Coverage Optimization Ensure high test coverage while minimizing test time and cost. 7. Cross-functional Collaboration Work with design, product, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth test development and deployment. 8. Documentation and Reporting Create and maintain detailed documentation of test plans, results, and changes. 9. Test Time Reduction and Cost Analysis Continuously improve test efficiency and support cost-reduction initiatives. 10. Support Production Ramp-Up Assist in transferring test programs to high-volume manufacturing with proper correlation and debugging.
