Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder at Go For Trip, located in Ahmedabad. The Co-Founder will be responsible for day-to-day management, strategic planning, and business development. Key tasks include analyzing market trends, managing communications, overseeing sales and marketing efforts, and conducting research to optimize our service offerings. The Co-Founder will work closely with other founding members to set the overall vision and direction of the company. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Proven experience in Sales and driving revenue growth Expertise in Marketing and developing effective marketing campaigns Proficiency in conducting comprehensive Research to improve services Leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively Experience in the travel industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
