Position: Accountant cum Admin Executive Key Responsibilities:Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally ERP and MS Excel. Prepare basic financial records (vouchers, ledgers, invoices, receipts). Assist in GST, TDS, and bank reconciliations under supervision. Maintain stock and inventory records (inward, outward, expiry, and returns). Prepare simple MIS reports and PowerPoint presentations for management. Support in billing, vendor payments, and petty cash handling. Handle basic administrative tasks such as documentation, correspondence, and office coordination. Assist management in day-to-day operations. Required Skills:Knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and PowerPoint. Basic understanding of accounting principles. Ability to maintain stock records systematically. Good communication and organizational skills. Multi-tasking ability with attention to detail. Qualifications & Experience:B.Com / M.Com / Any Graduate with Accounting knowledge. 1 year of experience in accounts/administration. Pharma or FMCG industry exposure preferred, but not mandatory.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide primary medical care to patients in OPD / IPD / Emergency as assigned. Perform clinical assessments, diagnose common medical conditions & prescribe appropriate treatment. Monitor vital signs, treatment progress, and patient status regularly. Assist in medical procedures, emergency management & stabilization of critical patients. Coordinate with consultants and specialists for patient care decisions. Maintain accurate medical records, case sheets, prescriptions, and discharge summaries. Ensure timely investigations, reporting, and follow-up for admitted patients. Supervise nursing staff and paramedical team for treatment protocols. Educate patients & attendants regarding disease, medications, and care plans. Support in CPR, ICU care, trauma care, and emergency response when required. Ensure sterile and safe healthcare environment, following all clinical protocols. Skills & CompetenciesStrong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills. Ability to handle emergencies and critical care situations. Good communication & patient-counseling skills. Ability to work in a team-based environment. Basic computer documentation & EMR handling skills. QualificationsMBBS from a recognized medical college (with valid MCI/State registration). Internship completed. Experience: 0–2 years preferred (freshers eligible). Certifications like BLS/ACLS will be considered an advantage. Work ScheduleRotational shifts / Day & Night / 8–12 hours (as per hospital policy).
