Job Description

Note :- interview will be held face to face & only b.sc nursing & Gnm can be apply only female Patient Assessment and Care: Assessing patients' needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing those plans. Medication Administration: Administering medications as prescribed, monitoring for side effects, and educating patients about medications. Vital Sign Monitoring: Taking and recording vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure, to monitor patient health. Patient Education: Educating patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and health maintenance practices. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes. Collaboration: Working with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to provide comprehensive patient care.
