Job Summary:
To provide quality nursing care, assist doctors, and ensure patient safety through accurate observation, documentation, and compassionate service.
Responsibilities:
Provide bedside nursing care, monitor vital signs, and maintain patient hygiene.
Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed.
Assist in procedures, diagnostic tests, and post-operative care.
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing notes.
Educate patients and families about care and recovery.
Ensure infection control, aseptic practices, and hospital safety protocols.
Participate in emergencies (CPR, first aid, critical care support).
