Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to manage customer inquiries, support food sample requests, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between our clients and internal teams, providing information on our food products, coordinating sample deliveries, and resolving any issues with professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Respond to queries related to food products, ingredients, allergen information, pricing, and availability. Process and coordinate food sample requests, including tracking and follow-up with logistics. Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems accordingly. Collaborate with the sales, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate sample delivery. Address customer concerns, complaints, or feedback promptly and professionally. Follow up with customers to gather feedback on food samples and escalate issues when necessary. Educate customers about product usage, storage, shelf life, and safety standards. Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety regulations during sample handling. Prepare reports on customer feedback, sample dispatch status, and service levels.
