We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable MBA Counselor to guide aspiring management students in selecting the right B-Schools, specializations, and career paths. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MBA programs, admission processes, and career opportunities in management education—both in India and abroad. Key Responsibilities Counsel students regarding MBA courses, eligibility, and admission procedures. Guide students in choosing suitable colleges or universities based on their academic profile, entrance exam scores, and career goals. Assist in application processes, documentation, and interview preparation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge about MBA entrance exams such as CAT, MAT, XAT, NMAT, SNAP, GMAT, etc. Provide accurate information on fee structures, placement records, and course curriculums. Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online counselling queries professionally. Build and maintain relationships with potential students through follow-ups and conversions. Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets. Coordinate with internal teams for marketing campaigns and student engagement activities. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and convincing ability. Good understanding of the MBA admission landscape in India and abroad. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving ability
