As a Senior Production Manager at Fixderma, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production process at our advanced manufacturing facility in Neemrana, Rajasthan. With over 10 years of experience in Formulation & Development of skin care & cosmeceutical products, you will be responsible for ensuring efficiency and timely completion of production targets. Your daily tasks will involve managing the production team, collaborating with the R&D department for implementing new formulations, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Your expertise in cosmetic science and thorough knowledge of cosmetic ingredients/raw materials such as thickeners, surfactants, emulsifiers, and preservatives will be instrumental in scaling up formulas and processes to optimum production levels. In this role, you will create formula-process instructions for Master Batch Records, collaborate with various team members to develop product specifications for QC testing, and contribute to the creation of technical information dossiers. Your ability to assess existing process challenges and implement continuous improvement enhancements with innovative problem-solving skills will be key to your success. Furthermore, you will evaluate new raw materials for inclusion in new or existing products, conduct benchmark analysis on other products, and stay updated on quality systems/GMP norms for different product categories.
