Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Overman located in Jhagadia. The Overman will be responsible for overseeing mining operations, ensuring efficient mine planning, maintaining mine safety standards, and collaborating with engineering and geology teams. Daily tasks include supervising mining activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing budgets, and coordinating with different departments to achieve operational goals. Qualifications Skills in Mine Planning and Mining Engineering Knowledge of Mine Safety protocols and regulations Experience with Budgeting and Financial Management in a mining context Strong understanding of Geology principles related to mining Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment Relevant certifications or degrees in Mining Engineering or related fields
