GM - Sales & Marketing

Position Overview

The General Manager – Sales is responsible for leading the entire sales operations of the two-wheeler dealership, achieving sales targets, improving customer experience, managing the sales team, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities1️ Sales Management

• Develop monthly and annual sales plans.
• Ensure achievement of retail and wholesale targets.
• Monitor enquiry-to-delivery conversions.
• Coordinate with OEM for schemes, pricing, stock allocation, and reporting.
• Drive campaigns and events to increase footfall.

2️ Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and manage the sales team (Executives, Team Leaders, Telecallers).
• Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews.
• Motivate the team to meet individual and team targets.
• Ensure product knowledge training and customer handling skills.

3️ Customer Experience

• Oversee showroom customer interactions and ensure high CSI/NPS scores.
• Handle escalations and critical customer issues.
• Ensure documentation accuracy (insurance, finance, RTO, delivery).

4️ Inventory & Operations

• Monitor vehicle stock levels and coordinate with OEM for replenishment.
• Ensure fast-moving/slow-moving stock planning.
• Maintain showroom standards—cleanliness, display, and brand guidelines.

5️ Business Development & Marketing

• Plan and execute local marketing activities.
• Conduct corporate visits, test-ride events, and digital promotions.
• Track competition activities and update management.

6️ MIS & Reporting

• Prepare daily / weekly / monthly sales reports.
• Monitor lead management system (DMS/CRM).
• Submit OEM reports on time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
