Job Description

PRA India Private Limited is seeking an experienced Plant & Machinery Head for National Highway Project at Jharkhand Location.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing operations
: Managing the day-to-day operations of a plant, including production and manufacturing
Maintaining equipment
: Ensuring that plant equipment is properly maintained
Developing strategies
: Creating strategies to optimize plant performance
Budget management
: Controlling plant expenses and managing budgets to ensure financial health
Staff supervision
: Hiring, training, and mentoring plant staff
Safety protocols
: Enforcing safety regulations to prevent accidents and ensure employee safety
Planning, organizing, and coordinating
: Planning, directing, organizing, coordinating, and controlling all the functions of the plant
Ensuring proper functioning
: Ensuring that all the departments of the plant are functioning properly and effectively
