Segment: Construction/Real Estate/Mining.

Experience:15 years plus till 20 years ONLY.

Should have completed a Masters degree in Civil Engineering.

Should have ample experience in construction of villas/high rise apartments.

Key Responsibilities

As a Construction General Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Project Planning and Execution: You are responsible for developing project plans, setting timelines, allocating resources, and ensuring projects are executed efficiently to meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Your role involves addressing challenges that arise during projects, making critical decisions to keep projects on track, and implementing effective solutions to overcome obstacles.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: You work closely with various departments such as engineering, procurement, and design to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Leadership and Mentorship: You provide leadership to project teams, mentor junior staff, and cultivate a positive work culture that encourages professional growth and development.
• Process Improvement and Innovation: You drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify areas for innovation, and implement best practices to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
• Technical or Customer-Facing Responsibilities: You may engage with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address technical requirements, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain effective communication throughout projects.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
