We are looking for an articulate , empathetic and outspoken individual who can partner with clients to solve their business challenges through tailored consulting, learning solutions, and human systems design. A Senior Consultant at Glow Worm works closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and design end-to-end solutions that fit their culture and goals. You'll create comprehensive frameworks and resources, facilitate sessions across all organizational levels, build strong client relationships, and measure the impact of your work. As Glow Worm Senior Consultant, L&OD, responsibilities include 1) Consulting & solution Design ▪ Draws from various disciplines, theories and practices to design and implement end-toend consulting and learning solutions contextualized to the client's business and culture. ▪ Designs comprehensive solution frameworks including methodologies, tools, and implementation roadmaps tailored to client objectives and expected outcomes. ▪ Co-delivers strategic interventions at managerial and leadership levels, and independently facilitates problem-solving sessions, stakeholder discussions and targeted workshops at individual contributor and junior management levels. 2) Stakeholder engagement & relationship management ▪ Builds and maintains strategic stakeholder relationships, driving ongoing engagement throughout project lifecycles while confidently navigating complex organizational dynamics and feeling comfortable with unplanned discovery opportunities. 3) Impact measurement & communication ▪ Suggests ideas for effectiveness measurement, compares impact reports over time, discusses emerging trends with clients and coaches them through implementation. ▪ Maintains post-project client communications to assess sustainability of solutions, gather medium & long-term impact data, and engage in conversations about evolving organizational needs and emerging opportunities. 4) Internal culture & development ▪ Champions culture within Glow Worm and coaches new hires and peers on ways of working, helping them be more effective in their roles To become a Glow Worm Senior Consultant, you must have… Consulting mindset - Ability to diagnose organizational challenges and design tailored solutions. Systems Lens - Understanding how L&OD initiatives drive business outcomes for clients. Adaptability - Ability to read organizational culture, effectively switch between different client contexts and approaches, and seamlessly adapt working styles across diverse client environments. To become a Glow Worm Senior Consultant, you get brownie points for… Business acumen - Knowledge of consulting business fundamentals including pricing & revenue models, contracting and competitive benchmarking. Research - Strong research skills and experience with qualitative/quantitative analysis. We are looking for a strategic, persuasive and outgoing individual who thrives at the intersection of business growth and L&OD excellence. As Senior Consultant, L&OD Business Growth at Glow Worm, you will grow our consulting business through industry analysis, lead generation and direct outreach; crafting proposals that showcase our expertise, and build communities for L&OD practitioners so they can discover and engage with us. You will approach business development not as transactional selling, but as strategic and meaningful relationship building that creates lasting impact in the L&OD ecosystem. This role is a 70/30 split between business development (70%) and L&OD consulting (30%). As Senior Consultant, L&OD Business Growth, responsibilities include Business Development & Growth Identify and assess high-leverage opportunities for business growth through competitive research and market analysis. Develop a pipeline of potential clients and cultivate long-term relationships with senior leaders in the industry. Engage in consultative sales to identify client challenges and position Glow Worm solutions, turning networking interactions into concrete business leads. Build strategic partnerships with leading universities and industry associations to expand brand reach and generate new revenue channels. Content & Proposal Development Develop marketing collaterals, including company bio and portfolio showcases, to position our expertise. Write RFP responses and proposals that demonstrate a deep understanding of client requirements and showcase our rigorous methodology. Collaborate with internal and client Legal & Finance teams to negotiate contract terms, including pricing and intellectual property. Learning & OD Design and implement end-to-end consulting and learning solutions tailored to client business and culture, drawing from various disciplines and theories.
