Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer based in Kolkata. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing printer support, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems. Day-to-day tasks include installing and configuring hardware and software, performing regular maintenance, and addressing user queries and issues promptly. Qualifications Desktop Computers, Computer Hardware skills Technical Support, Troubleshooting skills Printer Support skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Relevant certifications in IT or computer science are a plus Experience in healthcare IT support is beneficial
