Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery status. Ensure accurate documentation (dispatch notes, invoices, delivery challans, etc.). Handle customer queries and resolve delivery-related issues. Maintain records of dispatches, delays, and returns for reporting. Monitor vehicle utilization, routing, and cost-effectiveness. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate or equivalent qualification (preferably in supply chain/logistics). 2–4 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse coordination. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office / ERP systems. Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
