Role & responsibilities Having experience in the installation and commissioning of Education Technology & Collaborative Conferencing and Security & Surveillance solutions. Providing maintenance, presales, post sales and other services in the designated regions. Provide prompt response to inquiries whenever there is a breakdown and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and provide preventive maintenance services. Providing Product Demos and technical training to the client. Comfortable for extensive travelling in their base location and nearby locations for daily complaints and projects requirement. Ensuring documentation for project assigned. Preferred candidate profile Candidate must possess excellent technical skills Comfortable in traveling Should have own source of commuting. (preferred) Good Problem-solving skills We are looking for candidates with the base location only, but those living nearby may also apply
