Job Description: Junior Sales Manager We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Export Sales Manager to support our international business development activities. The ideal candidate will help identify global buyers, participate in trade fairs, build strong client relationships, and assist in negotiating commercial terms under senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with international buyers, distributors, and trading partners. Assist in preparing sales presentations, quotations, and export offers. Represent the company at domestic and international trade fairs to generate new business leads. Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, logistics, and order execution. Support client negotiations and contribute to closing profitable deals. Maintain customer databases, inquiries, and sales reports. Track competitor activities and market trends in assigned regions. Ensure consistent communication and follow-up with leads and clients. Skills & Competencies: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Basic understanding of international sales, trade documentation, and export processes. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and professional email communication. Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn global business operations. Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and logistics teams. Additional Details: Prior experience in export sales or business development is preferred. Fresh MBA graduates with strong communication and analytical skills may also apply. Open to travel and client interactions as required. Immediate joiners preferred.
